CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel the order up till 12 hours from when you placed it. Reach out to me via e-mail or through Instagram to let me know that you need to cancel it. Be sure to include your name and e-mail so that I can take care of it ASAP. 

 

Once I receive your cancellation request within that time frame, I'll process it right away. In case I'm unable to respond immediately, you'll still get a full refund, no questions asked.

RETURN POLICY:

We're all about providing top-notch products and services. Just a heads-up: we don't do returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. If that happens, hit us up within 15 days of receiving your order.

When you reach out, include your name, e-mail and some clear pictures of the damage. That way, we can sort things out promptly. We'll send you a replacement or give you a refund in case of extreme damage. Drop me an email or send a dm on Instagram. I will reach out to you as soon as possible!

SHIPPING POLICY:

Upon confirmation of your order, we will process and dispatch it within one week. The packages are shipped every Friday. Following dispatch, your package will typically arrive within 8-14 days. We ship from Marol Maroshi Road, Andheri, Mumbai 400059.
